This is not a sales-only role, you'll be diagnosing real problems, educating homeowners, and recommending the right solutions, with opportunities for commission and performance-based pay. What You'll Do<ul><li>Diagnose and repair HVAC systems in existing residential homes</li><li>Perform routine maintenance and tune-ups</li><li>Clearly explain technical issues and solutions to homeowners</li><li>Provide upgrade recommendations to improve home comfort</li><li>Record service information accurately using mobile software</li><li>Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful presence in customer homes</li><li>Drive and maintain a company-provided vehicle (tall-roof van)</li><li>Stay current with training and attend monthly team meetings</li><li>Uphold company values of honesty, professionalism, and service excellence</li></ul>What We're Looking For<ul><li>1 or more years of experience in residential HVAC service</li><li>An Oregon driver's license with a clean driving record</li><li>Comfortable working in crawlspaces, attics, and tight conditions</li><li>Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset</li><li>Coachable, accountable, and process-driven team mentality</li><li>EPA certification (preferred, not required)</li><li>Employment is subject to passing a background check and drug screening.
