Home Heating & Cooling is looking for a Residential HVAC Service Expert who's ready to work smarter, not harder, and finally feel valued for the work you do. What You'll Actually Be Doing

• Diagnosing HVAC issues and fixing them right the first time Tuning up systems, and performing maintenance with care
• Explaining what's going on in plain English (not tech-speak)
• Recommending comfort upgrades when they make sense
• Using mobile tools to track service calls and notes
• Driving a company van (yep, a tall-roof one you can stand in)
• Being respectful and professional in people's homes
• Staying sharp with ongoing training and monthly team meetings

What We're Looking For

• At least 1 year of real-world residential HVAC service experience
• Oregon driver's license and a clean record
• Comfort in crawlspaces, attics, and anywhere else HVAC hides
• Someone who can talk to customers like a human
• Team player who's coachable, reliable, and detail-focused
• EPA certified? Awesome. If not, we'll help get you there
• Must pass background check and drug screen (marijuana included - we're a clean site)

The Pay & Perks

• $75K - $95K base salary
• Earn $125K+ per year with commissions and performance bonuses
• Full-time, year-round work
• 100% company-paid silver-level health insurance after 90 days
