As an Air Duct Cleaning & Sealing Technician, you'll work in a two-person team visiting residential homes to perform duct cleanings, inspect and repair ductwork, and help improve indoor air quality. You'll also have opportunities to assist with HVAC installations, opening doors for advancement into the heating and cooling trade.

What You'll Do

• Conduct thorough air duct and dryer vent cleanings using specialized equipment
• Inspect and seal air duct systems in attics and crawl spaces
• Support HVAC installation teams as needed
• Wear proper PPE and maintain a safe, clean work environment
• Communicate with homeowners in a courteous, respectful, and informative manner
• Recommend additional services when appropriate to enhance customer comfort
• Accurately complete daily job logs and paperwork

What We're Looking For

• No experience required, we'll train the right person!
• Valid Oregon driver's license and clean driving record
• Reliable transportation to the shop or first job site
• Physically able to work in confined spaces like attics and crawl spaces
• Friendly, respectful attitude and great communication skills
• A desire to be part of a positive, team-oriented company
• Employment is subject to passing a background check and drug screening. Home Heating & Cooling maintains a drug-free workplace policy, which includes the prohibition of marijuana use.

Compensation & Benefits

• Full time position
• Competitive hourly pay starting at $20 to $35 per hour, based on experience
• Monthly performance bonuses and commission opportunities
• 100% company-paid health insurance (medical, dental, vision) after 90 days
