What You'll Do

• Install high-efficiency HVAC systems (furnaces, A/Cs, heat pumps) in residential homes
• Work within a 50-mile radius of Bend, using company vehicles and gear
• Maintain clean, organized job sites with deep respect for customers' homes
• Communicate clearly with homeowners and team members
• Support duct cleanings or cross-train with other techs when needed
• Aim for 5-star service every time - and get rewarded when you earn it

What You Bring

• 1+ year of residential HVAC installation experience preferred
• Comfort working in attics, crawlspaces, and tight spots
• Positive attitude, reliability, and eagerness to keep learning
• Valid driver's license with clean record; must live within 25 miles of Bend
• Willingness to work full-time in a physically active field role
• Must pass background check and drug screening (including marijuana)
