As an HVAC Residential Installation Expert, you'll install high-efficiency heating and cooling systems in existing homes within a 50-mile service radius of Bend. You'll be part of a supportive, highly trained team committed to craftsmanship, communication, and customer satisfaction.

What You'll Do

• Install furnaces, air conditioners, and heat pumps in residential settings
• Collaborate with teammates to complete full system installations
• Maintain clean, safe, and professional workspaces in customers' homes
• Provide excellent communication to homeowners during installs
• Cross-train or assist in duct cleaning when needed
• Use company-provided vehicles, tools, and safety equipment
• Deliver a service experience that earns 5-star reviews (with incentives!)

What We're Looking For

• 1 or more years of residential HVAC installation experience preferred
• Ability to navigate attics and crawl spaces safely
• Strong work ethic, coachability, and customer-first mindset
• Clean driving record and ability to commute within 25 miles of Bend
• Ability to work full-time in a physically active field role
• Employment is subject to passing a background check and drug screening. Home Heating & Cooling maintains a drug-free workplace policy, which includes the prohibition of marijuana use.

Compensation & Benefits

• Full time position
• Base salary at $60,000 to $90,000 annually, based on experience
• Performance-based bonuses. Top performers earn over $100,000+ annually
• 100% employer-paid health insurance (after 90 days)
