As a Part-Time Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for our clients. Working in our office (not remotely and never in the field), you'll handle phone calls, schedule appointments, and support our technicians and management team with daily coordination tasks.

What You'll Do

• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a friendly, professional manner
• Schedule appointments, dispatch service calls, and manage the calendar for our field teams
• Update customer records and maintain internal databases
• Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and encourage reviews
• Communicate effectively with team members to support seamless daily operations
• Contribute to a positive team environment and uphold company values of integrity and accountability

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in customer service or office support is preferred
• Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor
• Comfortable working in a structured, detail-oriented environment
• Proficient with basic computer systems and scheduling software
• Must be coachable and willing to follow established processes
• Reside within 25 miles of Bend, OR
• Employment is subject to passing a background check and drug screening. Home Heating & Cooling maintains a drug-free workplace policy, which includes the prohibition of marijuana use.
