As a Door-to-Door Sales Representative, you'll serve as the face of Home Heating & Cooling in our community. You'll connect with homeowners through direct outreach at their doorsteps and inside our partner Lowe's store locations. Your role is to start conversations, build rapport, and schedule in-home consultations for our service team. This is a great fit for someone with natural charisma, excellent people skills, and a passion for helping others improve their home comfort.


What You'll Do

  • Knock on doors and greet homeowners with professionalism and confidence
  • Engage potential customers, explain our services, and generate leads
  • Set appointments for in-home consultations
  • Represent the company at Lowe's store booths in Central Oregon
  • Track outreach activity and follow up with prospects
  • Maintain a clean, professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Participate in team meetings and training
  • Hit performance targets to earn bonuses and recognition

What We're Looking For

  • Prior face-to-face sales, canvassing, or outreach experience preferred
  • Friendly, engaging, and not afraid to initiate conversations
  • Comfortable working outdoors and on foot for extended periods
  • Excellent communication skills and customer service mindset
  • Ability to follow a process and adapt to feedback
  • Coachable and driven to meet performance goals
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally (within 25 miles of Bend)
  • Employment is subject to passing a background check and drug screening. Home Heating & Cooling maintains a drug-free workplace policy, which includes the prohibition of marijuana use.
